Bradley Wheeler Architecture & Construction, Inc. has provided architectural, construction, interior design and land planning services to the Grand Traverse Region since 1989.  Our firm specializes in new construction and remodeling of single family residential, multi-family residential and small commercial building types. Our integrated practice of architectural design and construction creates unique, one of a kind, site-specific buildings.

We utilize state of the art computer aided design software to generate two dimensional drawings, solid modeling and photo realistic renderings.  This technique enables us to provide a clear presentation of the design intent to assist our clientele in an understanding of the project from a generalized concept to a more specific and detailed architectural vocabulary.  Construction cost estimating and scheduling are included in every phase of the design from concept to completion addressing each project’s specific timeline and budgetary parameters.
